At Pearl Lighting, we turn Saskatchewan homes into the best-looking house on the block every December. We design custom displays around your home's architecture, install them with commercial-grade product, and stand behind them for the entire season.
Every strand is measured and cut for your roofline. Every bulb sits in a clip, aimed the same way, evenly spaced. Nothing is stapled, nailed, or driven into your fascia — and nothing is left behind when we pull it in January.

Residential
Your home, designed as one complete display — not a string of lights thrown at a gutter. We work with rooflines, peaks, dormers, gables, pillars, porch columns, wreaths and garland, and wrapped trees and shrubs, so the whole property reads as one piece from the street.
Warm white for the classic look. Red and warm white for traditional Christmas. Full colour if that's your family's thing. You pick the look, we handle everything else.

Storefronts, dealerships, restaurants, offices and acreage properties. A well-lit building pulls traffic through the darkest, busiest eight weeks of the retail year, and a lit tree line turns an acreage into a landmark.

A section goes dark, a prairie wind shifts a run, a bulb blows — you text us and we come fix it. No charge, all season. That's the part nobody else includes, and it's the part that matters at -30 in mid-December.
In January we pull every clip, bulb, strand and timer, and the lights come back with us — labelled with your address and stored on our shelf until next season. Nothing goes in your garage. Ever.

What we install
Mix and match — most homes are a roofline plus two or three accents.
The backbone of every display. C9 bulbs clipped to the eave, custom-cut so the line ends exactly where your roof does — no dark gaps, no dangling extra.
Wrapped trunks, canopy lighting and mini-light shrubs. This is what fills the yard and stops the display from floating above an empty lawn.
Porch posts and garage columns wrapped in matching bulbs. Small detail, big difference — it ties the front entry into the roofline above it.
Lit wreaths, doorway garland and window framing. The part your guests actually walk under on the way in the door.
Warm white, red and warm white, or full colour. We can add accent floods to wash the house or the trees in colour if you want the display to carry from the road.
Included with every install. If anything goes dark, shifts or blows between install day and takedown, we come out and fix it at no charge.
How it works
Most people think they're buying an installation. You're buying four months of not thinking about it.
We measure your roofline, walk the property and lay out the display. You approve the look and the price before anything is ordered.
Your strands are built to fit your house, clipped to the eave, and set on a timer before we leave. Most homes are done in a day.
Something goes dark or shifts in the wind, you text us. We come out and fix it — free, for the whole season.
In January we pull everything. Clips, wire, bulbs, timer. Your eaves look like we were never there.
The lights come back with us, labelled with your address, and wait on our shelf until next October.
